James has been directing with the viral factory from the start (10 years ago!), making many of our most famous and notorious films. A few hundred million views and pretty much every major award later he is one of the most in demand directors in the UK. 

He just gets it right so unfailingly that even his TV spots (made through Outsider) have a habit of going viral. He is currently working on his first feature film.
